Attorney William RJP Brown began his practice in 1995. He holds a Juris Doctor Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Quinnipiac University. He is licensed in the State of Connecticut, the State of New York, and the United States District Court of Connecticut.

 

Attorney Brown’s past affiliations include holding the position of Managing Attorney for the firm of Moynahan & Minnella in Waterbury for ten years and Special Counsel with Duffy & Fasano in Middlebury. Attorney Brown serves as a Special Master in family matters in the Judicial District of Waterbury and a Special Master at the Regional Family Trial Docket in Middletown for high conflict custody cases. He was recently appointed to the Advisory Committee for the Parenting Education Program State of CT.

 

In addition to completing the State of Connecticut guardian Ad Litem/Attorney for the Minor Child Family matters training, he regularly attends symposiums and lectures for ongoing education.

 

Attorney Brown has participated as a panelist for the Waterbury Bar Association at their symposium: “Raising the Bar: A Bench-Bar Symposium on Professionalism”. Furthermore, he speaks on the topics of custody mediation and parenting coordination for professional organizations and conferences.
